WORKSHOP ALPFOODWAY. Workshop concepito all’interno dell’operazione AlpFoodway. AlpFoodway coinvolge diversi territori che hanno in comune le Alpi e la valorizzazione della cultura alimentare delle valli alpine in Italia, Svizzera, Francia, Slovenia, Germania e Austria. Il workshop ha portato alla concezione di un nuovo dolce a base di castagna in Val Poschiavo e di un pane in Valle Camonica. Il progetto diventa un’occasione di formazione e di costruzione di legami tra agricoltori, pasticceri e panificatori. Val Poschiavo, Svizzera, Valle Camonica, Italia, 18/02 – 29/10/2019.
/// ALPFOODWAY WORKSHOP. Workshop conceived within the AlpFoodway project. AlpFoodway involves several territories that share the Alps and the enhancement of the food culture of the Alpine valleys in Italy, Switzerland, France, Slovenia, Germany and Austria. The workshop led to the conception of a new chestnut-based dessert in Val Poschiavo and a bread in Val Camonica.
